Gironde et Gascogne was created in 1978 and is the only company to market Château de Belcier and the Château Ramage La Batisse wines, both in and outside France.

A wine trading business has supplemented the original activity. Hélène Durand, engineer and œnologist, carefully selects wines of different appellations in the Bordeaux area, and Bordeaux ‘grands crus classés’ (top ranked wine), which on the whole are sold as primeur wines.
